But if you ask us, the Steelhead tartare starter stands out. Just the freshest, cleanest, leanest sea trout, served with a Ponzu-style sauce. 

Or opt for the Hawksmoor classic Carolina Spiced Pork Belly.  Next, how about Steak Frites, a rump steak with Beef fat fries and Gentleman’s relish? Or the Baked Sea Bream served with chilis, rosemary, garlic and fennel salad?
